FAQ

*How far in advance do I need to place my order? Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure you can get your cake on the date and time you want. Big orders like wedding cake(s) please order at least 3 months in advance.

*Last minute orders are also possible if we still have spots in our schedule. We will charge extra for last minute orders.

*Can you deliver or ship the cakes and sweets? Unfortunately, we do not deliver or ship our cakes.

*Pick up location: Rotterdam South nearby the Maastunnel. Exact pick up point we will be sent to you when you have placed an order.

*Can I change my order ( type of cake/ size/ design/ flavour)? Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can change it.

*Can I reschedule my pick-up date/ time? Yes, it is possible if we still have spots in our schedule.

*Can I cancel my order? Once you have paid for your order it is not possible to cancel your order anymore. We do not refund your cancellation.

*Please note we do not accept returns / refunds or exchange on any of the cakes or sweets that are sold!

*How do I carry my cake after picking up? Please carry the cake carefully if you are travelling by public transport. If you are travelling by car please do not place your cake on the seat in a car. The cake should be placed on a flat surface to make sure it would not slide off. Keep the cake out of direct sunlight and keep the car as cool as possible. We recommend you to take a ice box with you for warmer days. We do not take responsibility for any damage to cakes being collected and transported by the customer once they left the pickup point.

*How do I store the cake? Once your cake has been picked up, please store it in refrigerator till just before serving. Our cakes are best to be consumed on the day of collection as we use fresh all-natural ingredients with no preservations. We recommend you to store the cake slices in airtight containers for at most 3 days after cake collection.
